Ordering & Process
How do I order a custom pet portrait?
Simply choose your preferred size, upload 1-2 clear photos of your pet, select any additional options, and place your order. We'll confirm receipt and begin sculpting within a few days.
What kind of photos do you need?
We need clear, well-lit photos of your pet from multiple angles — front-facing, side profile, and close-ups of any unique features. Natural daylight photos work best. Avoid blurry or dark images.
How long does it take to complete?
Standard orders take 6-8 weeks from order confirmation. This includes sculpting, your approval of the artist proof, and final finishing.
Can I see a preview before it's finished?
Yes! We send you an artist proof photo for your approval before completing the final details. You can request adjustments at this stage.
Shipping & Returns
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Orders over $99qualify for free shipping. Standard international shipping rates apply for smaller orders.
What if I'm not satisfied?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your portrait, we'll rework it until you are. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss options.

What materials do you use?
Our portraits are hand-sculpted using premium merino wool with a needle felting technique. Each piece is unique and crafted entirely by hand.
How do I care for my portrait?
Keep your portrait away from direct sunlight and moisture. Light dusting with a soft brush is all that's needed for cleaning. Avoid pressing or squeezing the felted wool.
Can you do multiple pets in one portrait?
Absolutely! Each additional pet is $30. Select the number of pets during the ordering process and upload photos for each pet.
