Section 4 — Custom handmade products

Every item we sell is hand-sculpted to order from wool felt and based on the photos you provide. Each finished piece is one of a kind. Slight variations in color, size and detail between the finished piece, the photos on our website and the artist proof are natural qualities of handmade work and are not defects. Colors may also appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.

Before final finishing, we send you an artist proof photo for approval, and you may request adjustments at that stage. For information about our satisfaction guarantee, please see our refund policy.

Section 5 — Photos you upload

You retain ownership of any photos you upload to us. By uploading photos, you confirm that you have the right to use and share them, and you grant Lulu Handmade a limited license to use them solely for the purpose of creating your custom piece and communicating with you about your order.

Section 6 — Products, services and prices

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products, but we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis. All descriptions of products and product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Section 7 — Accuracy of billing and account information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us, and to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, and to promptly update it so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Section 8 — Optional tools and third-party links

We may provide access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have control. Such tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, and any use of them is entirely at your own risk. Certain content, products and services available via our Service may include materials from or links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of third-party materials or websites and will have no liability for any third-party materials, products or services.
